It appears as a button in the search bar on Chrome’s new tab page, right next to where you would normally type a search.

How to Use AI Mode in Chrome

1. Open a new tab in Google Chrome.
2. Look for the AI Mode button in the search bar at the center of the page.
3. Click it to open the AI chat interface.
4. Type your question or prompt and press Enter.
5. Gemini will respond with an answer. You can ask follow-up questions in the same thread.

How to Turn Off AI Mode

If you do not want to see the AI Mode button on your new tab page, you can remove it.
