Create Folders on a Chromebook
Before we start, let me remind you that you cannot create folders on a Chromebook desktop.
To create a folder:
Open the Files app from the Chrome OS launcher.
Go to the location where you want to create a new folder in. You can do this inside Downloads or Google Drive.
Right-click and choose New Folder.
Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + E to create folders from any location.
