The Chrome Web Store has plenty of themes to choose from. You can customize your browser to your heart’s content. However, what if you want to remove a Chrome theme and go back to Chrome’s default look?

In this article, I will show you how to remove a Google Chrome theme and restore Chrome’s default look.

Remove a Chrome Theme

To remove a Chrome:

  1. Open the three-dots settings icon.Chome Three Dots Settings Icon
  2. Choose Settings.

  3. From the left panel, select Appearance.Appearance in Chrome Settings
  4. Chrome shows the current theme. Click Reset to default. This removes the current Chrome theme and restores the default look.Remove Chrome Theme
