Extensions add new features to Chrome, enhancing your browsing experience. However, occasionally you might want to disable an extension. Here is how to disable a Chrome extension.

Disable Chrome Extension

  1. Click the three-dots settings menu.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. From the left pane, select Extensions. (You can also open a new Chrome tab and go to chrome://extensions directly.)
  4. Click the toggle next to any extension to enable or disable it.
