Google Chrome has a handy shortcut to search tabs, bookmarks, and search history from the address bar. Here is how to use them.
Bookmarks – @bookmarks
To search bookmarks, open a new tab. Now type @bookmarks and press the space bar.
Type your keyword and then press the Enter key. Chrome will now search within your bookmarks and show you the results.
Tabs – @tabs
To search your open tabs, open a new tab. Now type @tabs and press the space bar.
Type your keyword and then press the Enter key. Chrome will now search within your open tabs and show you the results.
You can always use the new tabs menu and search there too.
History – @history
To search history, open a new tab. Now type @history and press the space bar.
Type your keyword and then press the Enter key. Chrome will now search within your browsing history and show you the results.
