Updated On:

By

Chrome sometimes shows alerts when it detects performance problems—like too many tabs or heavy extensions. If you don’t want these alerts, you can turn them off easily.

Turn Off Performance Issue Alerts in Chrome

Chrome Perfornance Alerts
  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Scroll down and click Performance.
  5. Find Performance Alerts.
  6. Turn the switch off.

Once this is off, Chrome will stop warning you about things like memory usage or tabs slowing down your browser.
