How to Allow Pop Ups in Google Chrome

Pop-ups can be useful. Some sites need them. They may hold important info. Some websites use them for login windows. So, if you faced any issues getting them enabled on your computer, here’s how to turn them on.

Complete the following steps:

Allow Pop-Ups in Chrome

Pop-ups can be useful. Some sites need them. Here’s how to turn them on.

  2. Select “Settings.” Scroll down. Click “Privacy and security.”Privacy and Security
  3. Click “Site settings.” Find “Pop-ups and redirects.” Click it.Site Settings on Chrome
  4. Choose “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.” This allows all pop-ups.Chrome Pop-up and Redirects
  5. Allow a single site. Or click “Add” next to “Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects.”Enable Popup for Chrome
  6. Type the website address. Click “Add.” Only that site can show pop-ups.
  7. Block a single site. Or, click “Add” next to “Not allowed to send pop-ups or use redirects.”
  8. Type the website address. Click “Add.” That site will not show pop-ups.
  9. To block all pop ups, choose “Don’t allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.” This is the default setting.
