The latest Chrome app from François Beaufort is for Google Cloud Storage users. Named Cloud Storagem this app lets you add  Cloud Storage Buckets in the Files App and browse folders and files.

This is another app that utilizes the chrome.fileSystemProvider API which we already saw in action with an unofficial Dropbox app.

The API is yet to be utilized fully, so we will continue to see more apps using this API to more online file storage options tot he Files app. I know that many of you are waiting for an official Dropbox app.

I understand that there will be only comparatively very few takers for the Google Cloud Storage app, but for those who actually will use it, this is going to  be a pretty useful app to have!
