Meet The Google Chrome Settings Page in Material Design

The Admin Console, Files App, Calendar Extension, Calculator, The Set-Up Screen, and now the Settings page. Chrome and Chrome OS are on a slow but steady journey towards Material Design. Meet the latest addition to the list:

This is, of course, work in progress and being tested. If you are interested in checking this out, “Enable Material Design settings” from chrome://flags/#enable-md-settings. This is currently available in Chrome Canary and Dev channel of Chrome OS.

An interesting fact to note about this design is the use of Google’s own Polymer. According to Googler François Beaufort, Polymer, and custom Polymer elements to have a consistent Material Design look and feel across all Chrome UI.
