View and clear browsing history on Chrome for Android and iOS

Most of you already know this. I knew that this existed but never got to  try it on my phone. But today I did. I opened chrome://history on Chrome for Android and cleared some browsing history.

Accessing and modifying your browsing history on Chrome on a computer or a Chromebook is easy. You have the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + H) and you can go to settings and bring up history.

On Android

On Chrome for Android, go to Settings and then choose History. Or, type chrome://history into the addressbar!

On iOS

On iOS, you can choose History from the settings menu like you will do on a PC or Chromebook. If you want to type a web address, it is chrome://history-frame

Got any  cool Chrome for Android tip that you want to share?

  1. “On Android
But on mobile, none of these work. But don’t worry, you get the functionality by going to chrome://history on Android phone.”

You can access History in Chrome for Android via the “pancake” settings button.
