Meet EZcast- a Chromcast Clone from China

Imitation is the best form of flattery some say. In tech, it is the sign of a device becoming popular. We usually see imitations for premium apple products, providing a cheap alternative. But why fake an already cheap device?

That just happened. They even faked the logo and design.

EZcast is a Chromecast clone from China and it costs $5 less than original Chromecast. “The EZcast is a small black dongle which plugs in to your HDMI equipped TV and allows you to wirelessly mirror what is shown on your smartphone, tablet or PC on to the big screen.”

I will be surprised if anyone of you drop me a comment saying you are going to buy it!

  1. i don’t think i believe this post. if so, i only find it informative that this was made in china and only 5 bucks less. i wouldn’t consider buying it on general principle

  2. Anyone living in the UK might consider giving EZcast a try for the Google Chromecast is still not available to them!
