   I have GC 3.0.190.1
   Under the Hood does not show the managing options for pop-ups earlier versions used to show.

   I have also started the browser with the -disable pop-up blocker- parm but I am still getting odd results.
   Pop-ups come up in some sites and not at other sites.

   No pop-up "alarm" at the right hand lower corner.

   Any input?

   are you using a stable version of chrome ? I would suggest you try a beta version, coz I dont think they have added this feature to stable release yet

   Actually this was available in previous versions of Google Chorme and is no longer there

   in that case, it will be back with next update ... seems like it was removed for some test ..
