Hello FeedBurner,

I really enjoy your website. I look on it every day. But what I miss is a favicon of the website. For on my bookmarkbar. It is now a white paperthing.

Hi,

Could you look at this Google Chrome extension and publish the review on your site if you find it to be useful enough for the readers:
https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/ocpcmghnefmdhljkoiapafejjohldoga

This extension enables users to search effortlessly right from the context menu. It uses the contextMenus API newly implemented in Chrome.
It is a great tool for increasing productivity for people who like to use different search engines as it removes the need for copy/paste of same search term multiple times.

It has already been featured on sites like howtogeek.com, addictivetips.com, simplehelp.net etc.

It’s very funny to see, there’s a new Chrome Dev Version, and the http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/ hadn’t posted it yet. There are new “Flag” Features. :O

I found two apps that people might like. One is for image editing and another is the cloud business platform with loads of business apps.

Image Editor-http://tiny.cc/lslqc
Cloud Business Platform-http://tiny.cc/86wm1

Image Editor is pretty cool cos you can edit one image with many 3rd party image editors like Aviary, Pixlr, Picnik and Sumo Paint and save back to that app. And there are many other features like social sharing, voting and password protection.

Cloud Business Platform- Free business platform where you can use apps like managing your projects, file sharing, surveys, creating online forms and many other apps which you help you to perform your daily business tasks. You can also post your business content like job vacancy, product listing and stuffs.

The “normal way?” What’s that? As I wrote, I’ve tried EVERYTHING I know and can’t get it. Can you be specific in what I should do?

I’ve found two extensions that people might like:
http://goo.gl/4RG0h – Tab Stack
http://goo.gl/gf1Eg – Modified keyboard navigation

The first extension is fairly simple. It moves the active tab to the left of the tab bar. This automatically puts tabs in an MRU order. Unfortunately, this does not work with pinned tabs. However, in the comments section I have posted a bit of JavaScript to replace the outdated part. As I wrote after posting this, I recommend changing the 1 in the setTimeout to a bigger number like 100.

The second extension is a bit difficult to explain. It has two main features: hit-a-hint (press ,) and migemo (press /). Hit-a-hint is where you press , and all of the clickable items on the visible page get a visual “tag”. When you type the name of a tag and press enter (with any modifier keys) the extension will click that item. Just a note on this, you may want to go to the options page and add all the keys, rather than just the default few. Migemo is where you press / and type the text of a link. This only works for links, but is a lot easier to use. You can type any segment of the text, and it seems very natural.

I’m sure many people won’t like these extensions, but some people must do. By the way, on Modified keyboard navigation I’ve posted some CSS you might like to try with it. P.S: I would make a spin-off extension for Tab Stack, but I haven’t paid the $5 new developer fee.

Has anyone else found Surf Canyon (with no link) in their extensions recently? It seems to have just installed for no reason for me. Has it been bundled with the latest Chrome release?

Hi,

Can you please make review of music players available for Chrome OS and Chrome Web Store?

It would be nice to read your opinion about every app (advantages and disadvantages).

Thank you!

Hi,

I have read your blog and for this reason I would like to have your opinion regarding Gooce+.
Gooce+ is a free Plugin, compatible with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Just download it from the site of Chrome Web Store or from the CMIP web site and within seconds you are able to control and use your Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter wall on Google Plus stream.

A great saving of time and an efficient way to control the three most talked-about social networks of time.

Complete social network integration: read and post to Facebook, Twitter and now Linkedin!

Gooce+ is designed to help you jump right in to Google’s new social network. Here’s a few things that the plugin can do:

- Read Facebook wall, Twitter timeline, Linkedin wall and Google + stream at the same time.

- Post on your Facebook and Linkedin wall and read Twitter inside your Google Plus stream.
Gooce+ can be a handy extension for Chrome users who use at least one of the social networking sites next to Google Plus. The core benefit of Gooce+ is that it can reduce the number of open tabs in the browser by up to three. That’s the best case scenario if you use all four social networking sites on a day to day basis.

You can also use Gooce + with Firefox but you have to download it from CMIP web site http://www.cmipservice.it/gooce
Thanks in advance.

Hi Dinu. I’m not sure you are receiving my emails to you. I haven’t heard back regarding our Google Chrome Themes and post: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search?q=brand+thunder

Is it me, or is v15 generally quicker than v14? Could someone confirm this?

Has anyone else noticed that quite a few extensions and themes are being removed from the Web Store? Two I know of are Google Mail Checker Plus and the Metropolitan theme.
