If you have a beta or stable version of Google Chrome installed on your computer already, here is how to install a developer version along with it, without touching anything on your current installation. Fully independent.
Google has released Canary Build for Google Chrome, currently only for windows, for those who are interested in testing developer builds, without leaving the comfort of using the stable version for their regular web browsing. This version can be installed alongside any other version you have, and can have totally different settings.
Mostly it will be same build as the developer version, but there may be some cases where the Canary Build won’t always coincide with the Dev channel release. Sometimes if necessary, additional updates may be pushed to Canary build so its version is higher than Dev. That means, we might see some features coming to the Canary build first.
Interested ? Download it from here. Well, me ? I already have !!
