Now, Let us Check Out Couple of Extensions that let you share the title and URL of the page that you are currently reading. It will be the easiest and quickest way to share your favorite webpages ( like chromestory.com 
) with your twitter friends.
TwitterBar: Post to Twitter from the Chrome toolbar. The current page’s title and URL are automatically entered into the textbox for easy posting of links.
Chrome 140: The simplest way to tweet your current page from Chrome.
Twitter share this page: Share currently viewed page on Twitter. Automatically shortens long URLs if needed.

Here are three more extensions for few other tasks using Chrome while spending time among your twitter friends. I am sure these will be helpful too.
This extension adds some necessary features to twitter.com 1- Old Retweet style – You can retweet a tweet with the old “RT” style by clicking on “RT” link. 2- Reply to all : if you participated in a conversation with more than one person you can use reply to all by clicking on “Replay to all”. 3- Direct Message: you can send a direct message easily by clicking on “DM” link. 4- Switch Tweet Direction : helpful feature for reading Right-To-Left written Tweets for Arabic Tweets for example. 5- Highlight your mentions in timeline. and a few more features planned.
Search Twitter: Quick way to search twitter for real time news and everything else.
Twitter Trends: This extension displays the current trending topics from twitter.
