Here is an interesting news. Google is Experimenting With Browser Login For Chrome OS. ”Google has made a change to Chrome OS to move the user login from the machine to the browser. Our guess is Google is, or will eventually use, Google Friend Connect to facilitate login” says Techcrunch.
The feature was first mentioned on October 13: “Using Chrome as our login manager has a number of potential benefits.
Explore these tradeoffs and decide what to do about the login manager.”
The code was checked in on December 14: “An early version of this change is finally in. It’s not ready for daily use yet, and we haven’t gotten the network picker on there or anything yet, but at least we’ve got a baseline in there. I’m filing issues for the follow-on work.”

Dear Google, you are concentrating too much on “Search” based functionalities on all your products, and most of them are awesome !but here is something you forgot while working on “Search” on Chrome.
If you go to “History” page for your Chrome browser, there only two ways to browse history, the “newer” and “older” links, taking us to the next and previous pages, and then the search option for history. But, what if we want to to go history of a specific date ?
What if I want to limit the number of days of history saved on my browser ? There is no option to manage this too ! If you browse through the Google Chrome Help Forum, there are many people asking this question ! Don’t you think its a good option that we are missing here ?
So, Dear Google, Please give us more control over the browsing history !

Yes ! there is no typo in the title
You can actually use Facebook inside gmail, just like Buzz used to be. Oh yea, I said used to be … because I know all of you started using it and then turned it off after couple of days
Now, let’s try facebook in the same style.
If you are Google Chrome, you are lucky, this is done with an extension. If you are using any other browser, don’t worry, this is the right time to make the switch.
Click Here to Install the Extension
This alpha release of the Gmail Facebook integration extension will allow to see your friends’ facebook notifications. Currently quite a number of things still need work, but the basic integration is working properly.
Even though the plugin i still being developed, its worth a try. Notifications are currently hosted on 000webhost and not on a ‘real’ webhost. On one hand this might mean the extension might get shut down if it gets too popular. Author also adds that he might add advertisements also to support the venture.
So, Try it ! and Let me know what you think and share it with your friends !! Be advised that this plugin is still in development stage
