A complete quick review Ajith ! :)

Yes, that's almost how I use it too. For work, Firefox ( coz its not available on linux yet, and I use Linux for work )

For general browsing Chrome

For stuff that needs IE, IE and yea, that's only if the website works only on IE

I was one of the first to review Google Chrome a while ago :) I still use it on a regular basis along with FF and IE. The following is my usage pattern. For all development I use FF, for fast browsing Chrome, and for all official sites (and sites that support only IE) IE...

I guess, FF has pleanty of plugins and add-ons available especially for the developer community. Chrome is yet to reach there though stuff like script-debug windows are targeted at the developers. Not sure if something like a firebug is available for chrome.

I have Win XP (SP 2) with a 1g laptop and I do use Chrome as my primary browser. I appreciate being able to load it in 6 seconds (as opposed to 35 for IE8 or 25-30 for Firefox). I don't miss all the extensions or add-ons, as my needs are fairly simple. Once Chrome builds in a few more basics (sorting bookmarks and being able to
e-mail a webpage link w/o copying the URL) I'll be happy. Actually, I was thinking that Opera was a closer competitor to Chrome, in terms of speed anyway. The only reason I don't use Opera more frequently is that it gets buggy with more sites (e.g. Comcast Smart Zone) than Chrome. Google is on the right track with Chrome!
