How to Check if you are using the latest version of Google Chrome ?

Google Chome automatically updates whenever it is available. If there is an update available, it will download it in the backend, while you are using the browser. Most of the times, you will not know that its being updated.

But, there are situations when Google Chrome does not update automatically … so, we need to do something to check if we are using the latest version … and then, if not, we need an option to upgrade it. Here is how to do it ..

  1. Click the Tools menu tools menu.
  2. Select About Google Chrome.
  3. If there is an update available, an Update button will be available. Click the button and restart the browser to use the latest version.
